Navigation Reimbursement Resources

In November 2023, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule that announces finalized policy changes for Medicare payments under the Physician Fee Schedule (PFS), which includes paying for principal illness navigation services. In addition, the American Medical Association announced Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding for reporting for oncology navigation services. Learn more here.

Thanks, Yamile! I saw that information; however, it says it was last updated July 27, 2020. With the recent changes to exam, I need to assure my team meets the required criteria, not sure if there were any items added or removed.
