Hello!
I am helping to launch an oncology navigation branch within a group I am working with and wanted to see if any seasoned navigators or those in navigation leadership roles would be willing to connect and share your experiences as a navigator and/or building an navigation program. My background is as an inpatient oncology bedside nurse, so I'm looking to better understand things like; staffing needs, outreach cadences, common navigation challenges by cancer type. Hi Christine. Did you attend the annual conference session on building navigation programs? It was a great start to this conversation. If you didn't attend it should be available online soon.
