Technology and Innovation Committee Application

 
We invite you to take an active role in our ever-growing organization by becoming a part of the Technology and Innovation Committee. Here is a quick summary of this exciting commitment:
Criteria
  • Do NOT need to be an IT expert!
  • Knowledge/experience/interest using technology and/or innovation to improve patient care
  • Basic understanding and experience with social media and other online communication platforms
  • A desire to identify ideas that innovate how we support patients and measure our impact through innovative concepts and programming (either current or those not yet developed!)
Time Commitment
  • Monthly 1-hour conference call
  • One in-person live meeting held at the Annual Conference
  • 1-2 hours/month of committee-related efforts; this may include:
    • Working on committee goals or projects
    • Developing content to share information or best practices with membership via AONN+ Blog or webinars
    • Participating in Technology/Innovation Committee activities related to Annual or MidYear AONN+ Conferences
    • Collaborating with other subcommittees, as needed
